Ingredients
250 g plain flour2 tsp baking powder50 g butter50 g caster sugar50 g sultanas100ml milkbeaten egg to brush on top before baking
Directions
rub butter, flour and baking powder together. Add sugar, milk and fruit - mix to a batter. roll out to 2cm thickness and cut using a cookie cutter. put on a greased and floured baking tray and brush with beaten egg. Bake for 15mins at 200
