Ingredients
8 oz nonfat cream cheese2 TBS plain nonfat greek yogurt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp minced onion1tsp oregano1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
mix cream cheese and yogurt together until creamy then add remaining ingredients. Chill in fridge for 2 hours
