Ingredients
1 RED PEPPER1 GREEN PEPPER1 LARGE ONION6 ROMA TOMATOES 1 YELLOW SQUASH6 TO 12 OZ MUSHROOMS - YOUR CHOICE1 ZUCCINI1 LARGE CARROT - SLICED THIN 1 TSP OREGANO1 TSP BASIL1 BLACK PEPPER1 TBL CANNOLA OR OLIVE OIL1 TBL RED PEPPER FLAKES IF DESIRED
Directions
Slice all ingrediants, except the Roma tomatoes. In a large pan, toss with all remaining ingrediants. Grill in a grill wok over medium heat. Still occassionally.
