Ingredients
3 lbs yukon gold or fingerling potatoes, chopped, boiled till soft and cooled.3/4 cup mayo (my homemade mayo)1 T. yellow mustard1 T. celery seed1/2 C. dill pickle, diced1 C. diced hard boiled egg4-5 green onions dicedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in bowl, stir together, chill until time to serve.
