Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups greek yogurt (0% fat)5 cloves garlic minced finely1 medium cucumber, peeled1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Remove seeds from cucumber (or use seedless) and grate. Place in a colander and let drain, and squeeze out the moisture. Put garlic through a press. Mix dried cucumber, yogurt, garlic and salt. Refrigerate. Serve with lamb or falafel!
