Chicken and Orzo Goat Cheese salad

1 lb chicken breast1 packet Weber Just Add Juice Orginal BBQ Seasoning1/2 c. apple juice 1 cup dry orzo1 1/2 c. spinach1 red bell pepper, chopped1 tomato, chopped2 tbsp fresh basil2 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp evoosalt and pepper to taste3 oz. goat cheese
Marinade chicken in seasoning and apple juice. Grill till done then cut into strips.
Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well.
Combine orzo, chicken, spinach, bell pepper, tomato and basil in a large bowl; toss well.
Combine vinegar, oil, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle vinegar mixture over pasta mixture; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
