Ingredients
4 Tablespoons wheat flour0.75 ml low fat milk1 medium eggvanilla extract to tasteSplenda to tastedash of salt1 tsp baking powder optionalwater
Directions
Makes 12 little pancakes

Combine all ingredients until you have a smooth slightly thick batter.
Preheat a non stick skillit with medium heat.
Using a tablespoon, drop a spoonful of batter for 1 pancake.
Bake until golden.

You can powder them or use sugarfree syrup.
