Asian Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 1 lbRice Chex Cereal (1 cup) crushedOyster Sauce, 2 tbsp Kikkoman terryaki sauce, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 tspScallions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGrated fresh ginger, 1 TspChinese five Spice, 1 tspSesame Oil, 1 tbspDipping Sauce:2 tbsp Hoisin SauceSmall amount of asian hot sauce (dash or two)1/4 cup chopped scallions4 tbsp water
Directions
Pre heat oven to 500. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Make 12 meatballs. place on pan-spray coated cookie sheet. Cook for 10 minutes, turn meatballs over, cook for 5 more minutes.

Mix sauce ingredients in a small dish and serve
