Russian Style Pork Tenderloin

1 pound pork tenderloin ( I used a bourbon and maple flavored pork tenderloin since this is what was in my freezer).3 TBSP olive oilAP flour1 cup ketchup1/3 cup brown sugar packed1/3 cup olive oil1/3 cup balsamic vinegar1/3 cup rice vinegargarlic powder to tasteonion powder to tastedash of cayenneSeasoning not included in valuesOr use a bottled Russian Dressing.
Preheat crock pot (since meat will be hot so as not to crack the crock)
Pat the tenderloin dry, season with salt and pepper, lightly roll in AP flour (not included in values).
Place 3 TBSP olive oil in lg skillet and borwn meat on all sides.
Place in crockpot.
Combine the next 8 ingredients and pour over tenderloin.
Cook on low for approx 4 hours or until done and tender.
Serve sauce over pasta, rice or potatoes.
