EASY GRILLED CHICKEN MEAL

1 whole boneless skinless chicken breast1 green bell pepper1 orange bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper **slice all peppers in 1/4" strips, also remove all pulp and seeds1/2 red onion diced3 large potatoes, thinly sliced1 can whole corn, drained1/2cup fat free Italian Dressing (Kraft)3 Tablespoons Promise Light Margarine
1.) Start Grill, set on high to get good and hot
2.)In A 9x13" pan, spray with non stick spray
3.) Put all veggies in pan
4.)cube chicken and put in pan
5.) melt butter and put in pan
6.) Add dressing
7.)Cover with tin foil and put on hot grill for an hr and 15 minutes stirring occasionally, for the last 15 minutes I take the tin foil off so the mixture can thicken up.
Serving Size: Makes 5, one cups servings
