Ingredients
Egg white, 1 servingEgg, fresh, 1 largeHam, extra lean, (5% fat), 0.25 cup, diced*Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.15 cupOnions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
Directions
Beat eggs, pour onto hot skillet, add diced ham, cheese and onions. Let cook, flip side over, and turn over.
