Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unitsBeans, pinto, 1 cupBeans, red kidney, 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cupOnion powder, .5 tspTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servingsHidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 56 gram(s) (2 packets)Diced Chilies, 4 servings
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Drain and add kidney beans.
Season with onion powder.
Add some Ranch Seasoning.
Drain and add pinto beans.
Drain and add corn.
Add some Ranch Seasoning.
Add diced chilies.
Add tomatoes with juices.
Add some Ranch Seasoning.
Cover and set on High.
To serve, break chicken into smallish chunks.
