udon beef soup

Ingredients
8 cups beef broth1 tbsp. honey1 tbsp soy sauce2 tsp grated ginger2 cups mushrooms3/4 lb. beef tenderloin4 packets udon noodles (4 cups)fresh chili or chili flakes
Directions
bring beef stock to boill,then reduce to simmer
add everthing but the beef, mushrooms and noodles
simmer 10 minutes
add your very thinly sliced beef tenderloin
add mushrooms
simmer 5 minutes
remove from heat top with green onions or sliced leeks
