15 oz light ricotta cheese6 egg whites1/3 cup splenda2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt2 tsp vanilla1 cup mixed berries
mix all ingrediants except berries. Pour mixture on to hot griddle and cook on both sides. top with mixed berries.
