Low-Carb Mini Jalapeno Turkey Burgers

1/2 lb Perdue Lean Ground Turkey1/4 cup Jalapeno Peppers1/4 cup Onions1/2 tsp Garlic Salt1/2 tsp Parsley1/2 tsp Oregano1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper(Below ingredients divided and/or into 8 pieces.)2 La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low-Carb Tortillas2 slices tomato2 slices cheese - Kraft singles1 small mushroom1 large leaf of lettuce8 banana pepper rings2 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque Sauce (optional)
Combine turkey, jalapeno, onion, and spices in a bowl. Adjust spices to taste. Divide turkey into 8 equal parts and roll into balls. Place balls on heated griddle (300 F) or frying pan (med-high heat) and flatten into 3"-4" patties. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side.
While patties are frying, cut eight 2.5" circles out of both tortillas. Prepare desired toppings. Once the patties are cooked, place them on tortillas and put cheese on top. Place other ingredients.
Serving Size: makes 8 mini burgers (4 per serving)
