1 medium banana, sliced and frozen1 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)1/2 cup non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk4 cups baby spinach (more or less)
Place all ingredients in blender, adding spinach last. Blend on high until everything's combined then run on liquify until smooth.
