'No Wheat' Zucchini Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup zucchini shredded2 smashed nice and ripe banana4 eggs (large - whites only)1/4 cup melted coconut oil1/3 cup honey (or agave nectar)1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 cup almond butter1/2 cup coconut flour (bulk barn)1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix wet ingredients together (zucchini thru almond butter). In separate bowl, mix dry ingredient together (coconut flour thru cinnamon). Now combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Mix together until well combined and then pour into a greased load pan. Bake 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes
