2 cups oat bran hot cereal, uncooked1/4 cup Splenda blend brown sugar2 tsp. baking powder1 cup skim milk2 egg whites or 1/2 cup egg substitute6 Tbsp. flax seed meal
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin pan or use paper liners. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add rest of ingredients one at a time, except blueberries. Add blueberries and just lightly fold. Pour into muffin cups, fill 3/4 full.
