2 1/2 cups water1 pkg yeast1/2 cup honey1/4 cup olive oil1 tsp sea salt3 egg whites1 cup white flour6 cups whole wheat
1/2 cup warm water with yeast and a tbsp of the honey
add rest of honey to olive oil - heat til warm and add to yeast mixture, beat eggs white and set aside, add 1 cup white and 1 wheat flour and mix - then add egg whites and rest of flour til dough is ready to raise. Raise twice then make rolls let rise again and bake at 350.
