Crissa's Garlic & Herb Turkey Burger

Ingredients
4 oz. Lean, Ground Turkey Breast; 2 tbsp. Raw Celery, Diced Fine; 1 tbsp. Egg Substitute or Egg White; 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning; 1/5 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Prep: In a small mixing bowl, combine the celery, egg, turkey, and Mrs. Dash. Pattie out the mixture into 1 burger patty about 3/4" thick.

Cook: In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil until it freely flows across the base of the skillet. Place burger in heated skillet to cook, flipping burger about every 2 minutes until turkey is no longer pink throughout the patty.
