Vegetable and Ham Frittata

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 8 largeHam, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*Summer Squash, 1.5 cup, slicedSpinach, fresh, .5 package (10 oz)Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, choppedCheddar Cheese, 2 ozMonterey Cheese, 2 ozButter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
Directions
scramble eggs, saute all vegetables in 1tbs butter, add ham, add cheese, poor eggs in, let cook for 1 min so that eggs settle in to pan, put in the oven at 350 for 30 min.
