Low-Carb protein pancake

Ingredients
+ 1 Egg white+ 12g of whey isolate (I use syntrax; mixes easily)+ 1/4 tsp of sweetener (I use NuNatural Stevia powder, you could use Splenda or whatever)+ 10g of natural creamy peanut butter (No added sugar)+ Cinnamon and vanilla to taste
Directions
Mix all this crap together in a bowl. Cook in a pam-sprayed pan like a pancake
