Jamie Eason Chocolate protein bars

Ingredients
1/3 cup almond meal2/3 cup soy flour4 Egg Whites2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder½ cup Splenda, Truvia, or Ideal½ tsp Baking Soda¼ tsp Salt8oz Berry flavored Baby Food3 tbsp Baking Cocoa4oz Water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients (oat flower, vanilla whey protein, baking soda, salt, baking cocoa) together in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, Splenda, Berry flavored Baby Food,Water) together in a medium sized bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Spray cooking dish (glass works best, 8x8) with a non stick butter spray and add batter to dish.
Bake 25-30 minutes in oven.
