Ingredients
20 C. popped popcorn1 C. light margarine3/4 C. sugar1 3 oz. pkg sugar free Jello any flavor3 T. water1 T. light corn syrup
Directions
Pop popcorn and put in a shallow roaster or cake pan(s) in 300 degree oven to keep warm. Melt margarine in saucepan and add next 3 ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and boil until it reaches hard ball stage (225 degrees). Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over warm popcorn and stir until coated. Bake for 5 minutes in 300 degree oven. Remove from oven and stir. Cool and break apart.
