4 cube steaks3 tablespoons of lime juice16 oz jar of salsablack pepper to taste
Brown the cube steaks on both sides. Mix salsa, lime juice and black pepper in a bowl. Once the beef is browned, pour salsa mixture on top of the meat and simmer for 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
