1 cup canned corn, rinsed1 cup canned black beans, rinsed1 avocado, diced1 tomato, diced3 tbsp sunflower oil3 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp dry italian salad dressing
Mix corn, beans, avocado, tomato in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk sunflower oil, cider vinegar, and italian dressing together.
Pour dressing mixture over vegetables. Toss lightly.
