Ingredients
2 pounds ground whitefish1 pound ground pike4 extra large eggs, beaten1/2 cup water2 large onions, ground1 carrot, shredded2 Tbsp. salt1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (to taste)1/2 cup honey (probably can substitute equivalent sweetener of your choice)
Directions
Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat well for at least 10 minutes on medium speed. (The more it is beaten, the better the texture will be.) Divide into 4 equal parts. Place each part on a sheet of moistened parchment paper and roll into a loaf, tucking ends under. Place into plastic bag and close tightly, Freeze until solid. When frozen a loaf can be cooked in water, leave in paper wrap while cooking, with onion, salt honey (or sugar) pepper and carrot - to taste. Cook for 1 1/2 hours on a low flame (just simmer). You can also place loaf in a glass baking pan and put a little water in the pan, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. You can also bake with a spicy tomato sauce on top with sauteed onions and other sauteed vegetables such as celery, carrots etc.

Serving Size: Makes 4 loaves, about 9 or 10 portions each
