Healthy Cooking with Howard: Creamy Lemon Herb Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise½ cup Greek yogurt½ cup light sour cream2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon white wine vinegar1 tablespoon ea. minced fresh parsley leaves and Thyme1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill1 large scallion, dark green part only, minced½ teaspoon ea. kosher salt and ground black pepper (or to taste)
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl
2. season to taste with salt and ground black pepper
3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.

Serving Size: 2 tbsp; recipe makes 2-3 cups
