½ cup mayonnaise½ cup Greek yogurt½ cup light sour cream2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice1 tablespoon white wine vinegar1 tablespoon ea. minced fresh parsley leaves and Thyme1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill1 large scallion, dark green part only, minced½ teaspoon ea. kosher salt and ground black pepper (or to taste)
1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl
2. season to taste with salt and ground black pepper
3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 2 tbsp; recipe makes 2-3 cups
