Tofu, extra firm, 1 blockPortabella Mushrooms, 1 large mushroomBroccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) or 2 - 3 cupsOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove *Peanut Butter, chunk style, .5 cup *Bragg All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning, 2 tsp season to taste
