Island Seafood Skewers

Ingredients
1/2 lb tuna, cut into one inch cubes1/2 pound 16/21 size shrimp, cleaned and deveined1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, plus 2 tbs juice1 medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks1 medium green bell pepper, cut into chunks8 cherry tomatoes1 medium vidalia or sweet onion, cut into chunks2 tsp olive or sesame oilgrated lime peel from 1 limejuice of one lime2 tsp grated fresh ginger1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce1 tsp Asian chili paste2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Alternate pieces of fish, shrimp, pineapple and veggies on heat resistant skewers.

Combine oil, 2 tbs pineapple juice, lime peel, lime juice, ginger, soy sauce, chili paste and garlic in a small bowl. Brush half the mix on the kebabs.

Preheat grill or indoor grill pan to medium high heat. Grill kabobs 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily, brushing with marinade as it cooks.
