1 Shredded Sweet Potato1/2 c. Chopped Onion2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions
Peel and shred sweet potato. Chop onions.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Add sweet potatoes & onion and fry to desired crispiness.
