Low-Carb Protien Pancake

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Egg Whites (2 eggs)1/3 Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese1/3 Cup (1 scoop) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Cinnamon2 tsp. PB2 chocolate peanut butter (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Spray pan with cooking oil and heat to sizzling. Pour in batter and cook until bubbles appear on surface and spatula slides easily under pancake. Flip and cook other side for just a few more minutes.
