Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Flour.5 Cups Splenda Brown Sugar Mix.5 Cups Splenda 1 cup Unsweetened apple sauce1.5 tsp Baking powder.5 tsp salt2 Eggs1.5 Cups blueberries (or other fruit)1.5 Cups Soy Milk (or milk)
Blend dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, apple sauce and soy milk and mix until blended.
Fold in Blueberries until mixed evenly.
Pour into lightly greased muffin cups and bake for 25 minutes.
Makes approximately 1.5 dozen.
