Ingredients
1 egg, 1/8 cup of 1% milk, 1 teas. of splenda, 1 tbls ground cinnamon. Beat with fork, Take 2 slices of diet bread dip into egg mixture, spay pan with butter flavored pam, brown on each side. Top with warmed diet syrup.
Directions
Spray pan with butter flavored pam, dip bread into egg mixture, on med. heat cook bread till lightly brown on each side. Cover with diet syrup or fruit.

Serving Size: Makes 2 slices of french toast.
