Beef and Rice with veggies

Ingredients
4oz 85/15 Ground Beef6oz Baby Carrots1.33 cups Peas, frozen1 4.4 oz cup of ready to serve brown rice1 cup Lima Beans1 cup chopped Zuchinni1 pkt sodium free beef bouillon1-2 cups water
Directions
1. Scramble fry the beef and drain excess fat.
2. Chop carrots into smaller pieces.
3. Drain and rinse lima beans.
4.
Combine all ingredients in large skillet over med/low heat and cook until veggies are crisp tender.

The combo of bouillon and water should make a nice sauce.
