Creamy Ham and Veggie Soup

Ingredients
3 carrots, sliced5 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped1 medium onion, coarsely chopped7 cups water1 lb ham, chopped1.5 frozen peas or mixed veggies1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup1 can cheddar cheese soup
Directions
Put carrots, potatoes, onion and water in soup pot, heat to boil and simmer 10-15 minutes. Add ham and frozen veggies, simmer another 5-10 minutes. Add soups and heat through. Makes about 8 2-cup servings, or 16 1-cups servings. Nutrition info is for 2 cups.
