16 oz Ground Pork6 Extra Large Shrimp2 rolls Bean Thread/Cellophane Noodles3 cloves Fresh Garlic1 stalk Green Onions5-6 Mushrooms1/2 cup grated Carrots1 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce3 dashes Black Pepper2 tbsp Dried Shrimps (optional)
Soak mushrooms and chopped. Soak bean thread till soft and chop it up. Chop and mince garlic and green onions. Grate carrots. Chop and mince shrimps. Rinse dried shrimps and pound in mortar.
Mix all ingredients together well and make them into 12 equal size balls. Place them in a oven safe pan.
Bake at 375°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
