Gluten Free Lemon Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour1 1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/2 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup non-fat milk1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce3 tbsp. lemon zest2 tsp. lemon juice1 tbsp. vinegar2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the blueberries; gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed. Bake at 350* F for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
