gluten-free Banana nut bread

Ingredients
Rice flour, brown, 2 cup Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Egg, fresh, 1 medium *Canola Oil, .333 cup Hershey Special Dark Sweet Chocolate Bar, 50 grams Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)Honey, 6 tbsp
Directions
Smear the pan with some vegetable oil and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl mix all dry ingredients: flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder.
In a large bowl mix bananas, honey, eggs, water, oil with the mixer.
Add dry ingredients into the mixture, add chocolate and walnuts, 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into the oiled form and bake for 35 min in 350 degrees oven.
the toothpick should come out dry when inserted and edges are slightly brown.
Cool the bread on the rack and cut into 24 pieces. Enjoy!!!
