Bean / green chocolate smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup black beans (that's 1/2 can, rinse to reduce sodium)3 tsp unsweetened coco powder1 cup skim milk2 dried prunes. Omit if you don't like/need.1/4 cup frozen spinach (or handful of fresh greens)Your favorite sweetener to taste. For the recipe I added 1 Tablespoon Agave Nectar and 2 packets of Splenda. Use what/how much you like.6 ice cubes, added one at a time.
Directions
Rinse beans. Put all in blender and whirrrr. Add ice cubes to make it frosty.
