Thai Basil Chicken

Basil, 10 leaves (remove)*Brown Rice, long grain, cooked 4 cup *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces Tofu, extra firm, 0.5 block Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2.5 cup*Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp*Oyster Sauce, 3 tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp
Mash garlic with red thai chili sauce
heat wok with oil
cook garlic/chili sauce and immediately add chicken and tou
cook until chiken is half done
add oyster, fish sauce, and tsp of splenda
then add rice (always stirring)
when rice is warmed and coated add pepper (2mins) then basil and shut off heat you dont want it to cook. serve.
(better if rice is day old and cold)
