Beefy Mashed Potato Bowl

1 lb. lean ground beef (93/7)1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder1 package Idahoan Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes2 cups water1 can of sweet corn4 slices American cheese
Brown the ground beef into crumbles with the onion powder and garlic powder. (I don't actually measure the spices - just sprinkle them on!)
Drain and rinse the ground beef - then re-season with onion and garlic powder.
Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package.
In 4 bowls, layer the ingredients in equal portions:
Mashed Potatoes
Ground Beef
Corn
American Cheese
*Note, you could actually put real onion in the ground beef while it's cooking and it would probably taste better. But my son won't eat it if I put real onion in it.
