Sourdough belgian waffles

Ingredients
sourdough starter, 1 cup*Flour, white, 2 cupGranulated Sugar, 6 tspMilk, nonfat, 2 cupEgg, fresh, 2 large*Canola Oil, .25 cupSalt, .75 tBaking Soda, 1 tsp
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients and let sit at room temperature overnight.

In the morning, in a small bowl mix remaining ingredients and then add to the over night mixture. Mix. And cook in waffle iron.

Alternatively thin a little with milk or water and use as pancake batter.

Very flavourful.
