Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 200 grams Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot Ground beef, 200 grams (optional)Tomato Paste, 20 grams Turmeric, ground, 1 tspSalt, 2 tspWhite Rice, long grain, 3 cup Soybean Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
First, steam the green beans. Mean while, Cook the rice and rinse.
Chop the onions and roast them in oil. Add ground beef and cook. Next, add paste, turmeric, salt, cooked green beans and cooked carrots. Then, rice and put the mixture amidst the rice to settle for the tail.
