Honey Banana Dessert

Ingredients
half a banana, medium size1 tsp organic raw unprocessed extra virgin coconut oilhalf a teaspoon (raw) honey1 tsp ground almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts
Directions
cut banana in half (if you prepare this for yourself only, cut the banana the way that the left over halve is still covered in peel, that way you can keep it fresh in the fridge, and simply cut your halve once in length before frying)
fry the banana in a little coconut oil until turning brown (medium heat)
put on a plate
top with half a teaspoon of honey and drizzle ground nuts over it.
