Home Made Chicken and Rice Tomato Soup

Ingredients
6 cup water2 cups diced carrotts3 large stalk celery1 cup chopped green onions2 chicken breast with skin and bone2 can diced tomatoes with seasoning2 tbsp parsley1 dash salt1 tbsp pepper2 blocks knorr chicken base cubes2 cup White Rice,cooked
Directions
put first 5 ingredients into large pot boil under chicken is falling off the bone.....remove the chicken and bones from pot and put just the chicken back into the pot....add the next 5 ingredients and cook for 1 hour,last add the white rice and simmer for about 5 min.
