Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unitPotato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cupBeans, red kidney, 2 cupGarlic, 5 tbspTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servingWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Pepper, black, 1 tspOregano, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Season with black pepper.
Add minced garlic.
Season with dried oregano flakes.
Wash/scrub and dice up the potatoes and add to pot.
Drain and add kidney beans and corn.
Add tomatoes with juices.
Add water.
Cover and set on High.
