Large Crockpot of Chilli with Ground Turkey (Mild)

Ingredients
4 cups small red beans or Mexican red beans (sorted, soaked and rinsed)12 cups water4 medium stalks of celery diced1/4 cup fresh minced cilantro1 large carrot diced1 large green bell pepper diced1 Can of diced tomatoes10 oz of 93% lean ground turkey 1 tbsp Garlic Powder3 tbsp Chili Powder1 tbsp Cumin Powder1/4 tsp Rosemary1 Bay LeafSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine water, red beans, celery, carrots, cilantro, bell pepper and all other ingredients that do not contain added salt (check your labels) in a large crockpot. Cook until the beans are tender (approximately 6 hours). Brown the ground turkey in a skillet. Add the ground turkey and remaining ingredients and let cook until all ingredients are done. Cooking times may vary depending on your elevation.
