Slow Cooker Pork Loin and Beans

Ingredients
Trim fat off pork and trim into large cubes. Put in slow cooker with sauces and onion, pepper and garlic scapes on top. Salt and pepper. Slow cooker on high for 6 hours. Add in the canned beans (Drained and rinsed) and cook for 2 more hours. Great on its own, or in a wrap!
