Ingredients
1/2 C. Dry Pinto Beans 1/2 C. Dry Navy Beans1/2 C. Dry Kidney Beans4 C. 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth1-2 C. Water1/2 C. Chopped Onion1 Ham HockChili Poweder, Cyanne Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste.
Directions
Bring beans to a boil in a pot of water. Boil for 2 min., then remove from heat cover, and let sit for 1-2 hrs. In Crock pot turned to high, combine Chicken Broth, Water, Ham Hock, Onion, and seasoning. When beans are done soaking rinse them and add them to crock pot. Cover and cook for 4-6 hrs.
